At 4 AM, Deeds woke me for potty time. For the 11 PM “last call,” I carried him to the edge of the deck, set him down, and watched him scurry down the steps to follow the others into the yard. At 4 AM, I simply opened the door, set him down and he took off for the yard.
Yay!
I leave Deeds on the bed when I prepare their meals. This morning, I returned to the closed gate where the older four were waiting and I found Deeds standing on the long hospital table next to the bed, looking over the gate. The toddler stage has begun.
This morning he is full of energy after Erma excused herself from the morning cereal milk, Deeds continued licking for any missed spots and then grabbed the spoon.
