In January 2020, just as the world was beginning to shut down for months of quarantine, I upgraded my iPhone. Two years later, it was time to do it again.
While I can maneuver my way around technology, it’s not my forte. In fact, it makes me a bit anxious to walk into the Sprint store, now T-Mobile, to make these exchanges. today was extremely easy and practically effortless. The T-Mobile associate, Chris, made the process extremely easy and painless.
In fact, not only did I get a 13 Pro Max, upgraded from my 11 Pro Max, I am now paying 30 less dollars a month for my new phone. I love this easy transfer, every two years, where I simply walk in and get my new phone without any money down. The last time, I received a savings because I had just turned 55 years old.
I took a selfie outside the store and then one when I got home, as I was told this camera is even better than what I had enjoyed for the past two years.
What a relief to have this transaction out-of-the-way for the next two years.
