I started this blog post at 10:30 AM, Friday… it is now, 12:25 AM, Saturday.

The warmer weather of the previous days has abandoned The Miami Valley, today, but beginning Sunday we shall be revisited by temperatures from 53 degrees to 67 degrees.

I just received a notice from Amazon that my order, due to arrive today, will be here tomorrow. When I ordered the item on Wednesday, Amazon promised it would be delivered today. The minute I order, believing the item is expected the following day, I receive a message that it is to arrive the day after the originally said arrival day. This is often the case with Amazon this past year. I am studying other options as this is not satisfactory to me.

It was a semi-productive day with lots and not lots accomplished. Amy Kress arrived after 2 PM to meet Deeds. The Kress and Bomholt families are now the last of the studio families who knew Flyer and Logan and were with me during the arrivals of Chief and Navi, Bailey and Harrigan, Neko, Clyde, and now, Deeds. Amy would work on training with Chief, Navi, Bailey, and Harrigan during Katie and Sarah’s lessons.

I had intended to accomplish more with research, but documentaries, naps, and dogs interfered.

Tomorrow’s docket is clean except for the post-Mass dinner with Mama Kay and any others who might join us.

I think this post offering will serve as both Friday’s and Saturday’s posts. Now, it is off to bed with a 14-week-old following me for some snuggle time.
