Last week I posted this meme with some very thoughtful points in maintaining our mental and emotional well-being as the pandemic begins its second wave.

I seldom follow recipes; I adjust them.
I often hear “redirecting your route” from my British GPS voice as I decide to take an alternate route for kicks or if I see something of interest.
I like structure in my day/life, but I’m also very spontaneous.
I liked the meme I posted but I needed to make it speak to me and work for me.

I shall most likely tweak this chart but for the past two days I’ve followed it. So far, it’s comfortable and encouraging.
Following a chart such as this works for structuring my day. Shortly, I will not be checking the list several times a day and eventually, every day or every several days. It will become a part of me.
