MY DAY: Three day weekend over

I was so energized and productive the previous two weeks and by Wednesday night of this week, I was a limp dishrag and could not find strength nor energy to make a dent in anything.

There was lots of reading and documentaries, but also lots of intermittent napping that seemed to accomplish little in the way of feeling rested and refreshed.

The steaminess of Thursday and Friday have way to an absolutely perfect Saturday and the air on the deck, this evening, is breezy and cool.

Tomorrow, Sunday, starts back in with teaching. Despite immediate performing goals being up in the air, the students are positive and continue to work hard.

Time for some more presidential podcasts while the deck is still so agreeable.
