I pre-purchased my 7 PM ticket for WICKED at The Greene’s Cinemax IMax auditorium.

I arrived early as I had read where folks claimed their seats had been double booked. My aisle seat was fine but the atmosphere was miserable.

A large Hispanic crew of about 20+ individuals ssurrounded me to the right and behind. Next to me was a chubby little fellow of around 8 years old who could not sit still throughout the movie and whined about wanting popcorn. He kicked the seat in front of him until the couple recruited a manager.

Then, behind me, one of the several babies hauled into the theatre, played with straws and plastic lids! My seat was often kicked, forcing me to finally turn around and demand it immediately stop. Their loud chatter continued throughout the movie.

Despite the circus surrounding me, I realized I was often smiling throughout the movie. My only criticism was the lack of ending consonants which annoyed the hell out of me.

I want to see it again and hopefully not sharing the moment with lousy, rude humans.
