My system seems to be returning to normal after the marathon three days spent with my son who is now in England with his partner for the next two years.
The past two mornings have found me returned to my bed after feeding the dogs.
The students, Sunday through this evening, have been chewing up the carpets. Students are preparing for Muse Machine’s MAMA MIA, Centerville High School’s INTO THE WOODS, and Alter High School’s SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD. Along with these musicals, twelve students are prepping for college musical theatre auditions as well as OMEA solo and ensemble contest. The piano and saxophone students are kicking some major notes off the music stand!
It’s busy.
It’s fun.
It’s productive.
It’s exciting.
It’s a joy (with much pride) to see all the students putting forth so much effort and growing.
Now, it’s down time with my four precious fur balls.
