MIAGD: Make it a great day

I love windchimes.

Five windchimes surround my deck so I can hear them when I am outside, inside my study which looks out to my deck, and up in my bedroom which looks over the deck.  In the front, there is a set on my front porch and one at the end of the property near the high school’s parking lot.

I can’t help but think of the last minute of the much-beloved movie, IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE when the character George Bailey, played by Jimmy Stewart, is reminded that when a bell rings an angel gets his wings.  George looks up at the tinkling bell and congratulates his guardian angel, Clarence, with a palish, “Atta boy, Clarence.”

Listen for the bells and celebrate the angels.
